What it costs for a team of five
Five people who all write new articles, for a year.
Clevera: $1,948.80 a year
Pro with five creators is $162.40 a month billed yearly, or $1,948.80 a year: $86.80 for two creators plus $25.20 for each of three more. It includes your own domain, all 74 languages, private docs and Ask AI. If one person writes and four review and publish, Starter with one creator and four free editors is $348 a year.
Featurebase: from $1,740 a year
Five Growth seats at $29 a month billed yearly come to $1,740 a year. A private or multilingual help center needs Professional: five seats at $59 is $3,540 a year. Those prices also cover Featurebase’s inbox, live chat and feedback boards.
Assumptions: each of the five writes new articles, so on Clevera each needs a creator seat (free editors edit and publish existing pages). List prices in November 2026, both billed yearly, before tax. All five people on full Featurebase seats; Professional also includes 20 free Lite seats. Not counted: Fibi AI agent resolutions at $0.49 each, and $69 a month to remove Featurebase branding. Clevera credits are only used for generating content, such as videos and AI translation.
