What it costs for a team of five

Five people who all write new articles, for a year.

Clevera: $1,948.80 a year

Pro with five creators is $162.40 a month billed yearly, or $1,948.80 a year: $86.80 for two creators plus $25.20 for each of three more. It includes your own domain, all 74 languages, private docs and Ask AI. If one person writes and four review and publish, Starter with one creator and four free editors is $348 a year.

KnowledgeOwl: $2,400 a year

Basic includes one author for $100 a month. Four more authors at $25 each bring it to $200 a month, or $2,400 a year billed monthly. KnowledgeOwl says yearly billing saves 10%.

Assumptions: each of the five writes new articles, so on Clevera each needs a creator seat (free editors edit and publish existing pages). List prices in November 2026, before tax. Clevera billed yearly; KnowledgeOwl at its monthly list price, as its page shows no yearly totals. KnowledgeOwl offers 25% off to nonprofits and B Corps. Clevera credits are only used for generating content, such as videos and AI translation.
