Getting your docs
out of Confluence.
Confluence can export a space as PDF, HTML, XML or CSV, but only space admins can run it, and none of those files is a help center. The HTML is a static copy, and the XML and CSV are for moving to another Confluence. Clevera reads your space directly, so pages arrive ready to publish.
No export files
Clevera reads your space directly, so there is nothing to download or upload.
Read only
The import only reads, and nothing in Confluence changes.
One space at a time
Bring the space your customers read and leave the internal ones where they are.
What comes over.
What stays behind: comments, labels, page history, blog posts, drafts and archived pages, whiteboards and databases, files other than images, most embeds, and macros like page trees and diagrams. Jira issues come over as their issue key. Every page your account can read comes over, including restricted ones, so untick internal pages in the preview before you publish.
How it works.
1
Connect Confluence.
Pick the space you want to bring over. No developer needed.
2
Check the preview.
See every page before anything moves, and untick what you don’t want.
3
Import.
Pages, images and links come over. It’s free and uses no credits.
4
Publish on your domain.
Go live when you’re ready, on clevera.help or your own domain from Starter.
Keep Confluence for internal docs.
Confluence is good at what most teams use it for: specs, decisions and internal how-tos next to Jira, with space and page permissions and Rovo for your signed-in team. Keep all of that. Move only the space your customers read, so they get a help center instead of a wiki. On Pro, Clevera can also publish articles to Confluence, so your internal pages get the same guide.
What you get
after the move.
Your Confluence pages land in a full help center. Four things you get on day one:
Answers with sources
Ask AI replies to readers from your published pages and lists the pages it used. It uses no credits: 300 answers a month on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 5,000+ on Pro.
See what readers miss
Insights show searches with no result and what readers asked, with Write article next to each gap.
Your own domain
Free sites live at your-site.clevera.help. Use help.yourcompany.com from Starter.
A video in every article
Record your screen and Clevera writes the article and makes the how-to video that sits in it. Videos and articles use credits.
