About Clevera

Show people how.
Keep it true.

Clevera is an AI platform that turns a screen recording into a narrated how-to video, a step-by-step help article and a page on your hosted help center, in 74 languages. Start from a recording, a website link or a sentence, and keep it all current as your product changes.

Why Clevera exists

Documentation goes stale faster than anyone can rewrite it.

In 2023 we had a problem you may recognize. Artbees, our other company, had built a very large library of tutorial videos and help articles over many years. Then a major release landed, and a large part of that library was suddenly wrong. Not useless, just wrong enough that customers noticed.

We priced a proper refresh: roughly six months, five people and about $100,000 in recording, voice-over, editing and review. And it would be out of date again by the next release. So we looked for a tool. Everything we found logged clicks into a slideshow of screenshots. Nothing made a real narrated video. Nothing noticed when the product changed.

So we built the tool we needed. Record the screen once, and let the machine do the narration, the writing, the translation and the publishing. Then, when the product changes, let it find what broke and fix it. That tool is Clevera.

How it works

Four things we believe, built into the product.

01

One recording is enough.

A single screen recording becomes a narrated video with one of 30 voices, a step-by-step article and a help center page. No voice-over sessions, no editing timeline, no rewriting the same steps in text. If there is no recording yet, Clevera’s agent can click through your web app and make one.

02

Documentation should stay true.

Autopilot reads each release from GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket or your changelog. It finds the videos and articles the release touched, drafts text fixes and re-records what needs re-recording. A person approves every plan, and nothing publishes on its own. With LiveSync, an edited video updates every embed, share link and help page at once.

03

Every reader, every language.

Videos, articles and help centers in 74 languages from one source. A hosted help center on every plan, including Free, with search and an Ask AI assistant that answers readers from your own pages.

04

Made for the AI era.

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants can create videos and articles through Clevera’s MCP server. Your documentation becomes something your tools can write, not only something your team maintains.

Leadership

The founders building companies together since 2009.

Roozbeh and Berkay have spent seventeen years founding, leading and growing software companies together. Artbees, which they co-founded, serves more than 200,000 customers, and Growmatik, an AI marketing-automation platform they helped build, was acquired by Convesio in 2024. Both started as engineers; most of the years since have gone into building teams and companies. Clevera is the one they built for a problem they had themselves.
