Getting your articles
out of Intercom.

Intercom has no export button for articles. Its own help docs point you to the Articles API, which means a developer pulling each article one at a time. Clevera reads your public help center instead, so there’s no script to write and no access to hand over.

One address is enough

Clevera reads every public article on your help center.

Only public articles

Drafts and articles behind a login stay in Intercom.

Your domain or intercom.help

Help centers on either address come over the same way.

What comes over.

In Clevera

Collections

Callouts
In CleveraCallouts in the matching style: tip, note, warning or info
Images

What stays behind: drafts, private and internal articles, attachments other than images, authors and reactions. Your Messenger, inbox and Fin settings don’t change.

How it works.

1

Connect Intercom.

Paste your help center address. No token and no developer needed.

2

Check the preview.

See every article before anything moves, and untick what you don’t want.

3

Import.

Articles, images and links come over. It’s free and uses no credits.

4

Publish on your domain.

Go live when you’re ready. Old links redirect once your domain points to Clevera.

Keep Intercom for the inbox.

Most teams keep Intercom for chat, tickets and Fin, and move only the help center. Clevera doesn’t connect to Intercom, but Fin can learn from public websites, so it can keep answering from your Clevera help center. If you rely on articles targeted at signed-in users inside the Messenger, that’s an Intercom strength, so weigh it before you move.

What you get
after the move.

Your Intercom articles land in a full help center. Four things you get on day one:

Answers with sources

Ask AI replies to readers from your published pages and lists the pages it used. It uses no credits: 300 answers a month on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 5,000+ on Pro.

See what readers miss

Insights show searches with no result and what readers asked, with Write article next to each gap.

Your own domain

Free sites live at your-site.clevera.help. Use help.yourcompany.com from Starter.

A video in every article

Record your screen and Clevera writes the article and makes the how-to video that sits in it. Videos and articles use credits.
